Askii just became more capable, more flexible, and easier to use in everyday chat and project work.
What’s New? (The Highlights)
- Native Mode: You can turn this on directly from the chat input, making it faster to switch into the experience you want.
- Automations (end-to-end): We’ve introduced the first Automations experience, with recurring AI tasks, workspace UI, schedule loading, run history, manual runs, and chat-backed execution to help reduce repetitive work.
- No-emoji chat titles: We removed emoji from auto-generated chat title prompts for cleaner, more consistent organization.
- Attach previous chats: You can now bring prior chats into context through the + menu or sidebar drag, with project-aware listing and CHAT citation labels for easier reference.
- Skills enhancements: We’ve improved skills to make them more useful and easier to carry across your workflow.
- Updated Tavily web search & scrape tools: Search and scraping tools have been refreshed to support better web retrieval experiences.
- Slash-command-invoked skills: When you use a skill through a slash command, it stays available in subsequent user messages so you can keep the conversation moving.
Fixes & Polish
- We fixed several issues for shared projects, including collaborator pin & clone, project chat sidebar pins, and the pinned assistant hover icon.
A Tip from Askii
- Try Native Mode when you want a smoother start in chat, or use Attach previous chats when you need context without repeating yourself.
