Demo Guide: The MO Operation Scenario

Objective

This guide will walk you through the second scenario of the Moneta Network demo: the administrative view from the Membership Organization (MO) Portal. You will see how the member’s transaction from the previous scenario is tracked in real-time, providing you with complete visibility and control over your members’ activities on the Moneta Network.

Prerequisites: Before you begin, please ensure you have:

  1. Received your personal invitation email. If you do not have an invitation and would like to experience the demo, please contact our partnership team at info@monetanetwork.net before proceeding.

  2. Successfully installed the demo mPass app on your mobile device.

  3. Logged into the mPass app using the unique QR code from your Moneta Network MO account.

  4. Completed the “Member Experience” scenario, as we will be looking for the transaction made in that guide.

Step 1: Log In to the MO Portal

  1. On your computer, navigate to the Moneta MO Portal at the following address:

    https://membership-portal-moneta-mo.monetanetwork.com

  2. Log in using the credentials provided in your invitation materials.

Step 2: View Member and Transaction Details

Once logged in, you can explore the various sections of the portal.

  1. View Your Members:

    • Click on the “mPass” tab in the main menu.

    • Here you will find a list of all users who have been issued an mPass by your organization, including the demonstration account you are using.

  2. Verify the Askii Transaction:

    • Click on the “Transactions” tab in the main menu.

    • This section allows you to manage all aspects of member spending, including subscription charges and disputes.

    • You will see the Askii subscription that you initiated in the previous scenario listed here. This demonstrates your real-time visibility into your members’ digital service consumption.

Step 3: Explore Other Portal Features (Optional)

The MO Portal provides a comprehensive suite of tools to manage your digital service offerings. We encourage you to briefly explore the other key areas:

  • Payment: Manage debit batches, user charges, and spending limits.

  • Settlement: Oversee the settlement process for both your members (customers) and the digital service publishers.

  • Settings: Configure user tiers, interchange fees, user policies, and other operational parameters.

Conclusion

This completes the demonstration. You have now experienced the full, end-to-end flow of the Moneta Network—from a member seamlessly subscribing to a service, to your organization having immediate operational oversight and control.
